At Pro Breeze, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home comfort purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and filters are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
